(Owner and Principal Consultant)
As Owner and Principal Consultant of Kingz Consulting, Carla is a Tender veteran with a wealth of experience in Bid, Tender and Proposal Management, working with For Profit, Not for Profit, and Aboriginal Controlled organisations across New South Wales (Sydney, Mid North Coast and Far North Coast), and South-East Queensland.
Carla has recently supported successful EOIs and tenders in Family and Domestic Violence/Crisis Accommodation and supports, Mental Health, AOD Hubs,
- 15+ years’ experience in tender and bid management in Community Services (Disability, Aged Care, Apprenticeship and Employment Services);
- 12+ years’ experience in Human Resources Management and Training; and
- 4+ years in strata title property management and real estate.

Tracy Akerman

Tracy’s expertise in NFP Community Housing make her a valuable asset in creating innovative partnership models. Tracy is dedicated to building partnerships that drive meaningful change and improve the lives of those in need.
- 10+ years as a Lawyer working across Department of Justice within the Office of Department of Public Prosecutions responding to written submissions on behalf of the Director and Attorney-General
- 6+ years in Community Housing and Community Development roles.
- 3+years in Aged Care as Advisor to CEO and tender management.
